Work Excellence Training in the Philippines

THE TENETS (10ETS) OF PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY AND WORK EXCELLENCE: A WORK EXCELLENCE TRAINING IN THE PHILIPPINES

A One-day Corporate EnterTrainment on the Steps to Excel and Be Productive at Work

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

Think about it. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. Excellence is not just something we learn or acquire. It is also something we choose to do and do well. We cannot excel in something we do not think we must, should, need, and desire to do.

As I always tell people. “People who do things the regular way only get regular results, whereas those who do the same extraordinarily attract extraordinary results”.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

  1. It bridges the disparity between theories and applications and classroom learning and workplace application;
  2. It is fun, interactive, unique, and interesting;
  3. It has activities and/or exercises both for ‘entertainment’ and application values.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

In order to attain the program goal, the participants should be able to:

  1. Integrate into their system the ten steps and/or tips on how to become more productive and excel in their current job;
  2. Apply in reality the best practices in personal productivity and excellence and be consistent in doing so;
  3. Appreciate the importance of possessing the will to win, the initiative to excel, and the consistent attitude to sustain it.

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

You cannot excel without a sense of direction, purpose, and consistency

Excellent people, more often than not, are thinkers, initiators, or trailblazers.

TENet 6:

Do something extraordinary, unusual, or different

TENet 7:

Do not just be busy. Be productive.

Rationale:

Excellence is not only seen in a how person looks, but also in what he is able to accomplish as tangible and intangible results.

Activity:

An interactive sharing activity about ‘What do or can you do when there is nothing to do?’

TENet 8:

If you want to be a boss, behave, do, and act like one.

Rationale:

Excellence is a pre-work to a well-deserved promotion.

Activity:

MY BOSS… ACTIVITY: A flipchart activity on personal observations of their bosses in terms of their knowledge, skills, attitude, best practices, and winning characteristics.

TENet 9:

Stay inspired and motivated

Rationale:

Stress can be avoided and pressure can be downplayed if people are fueled by their inspiration and motivation.

Activity:

THE STRESS RELIEVER: A unique activity that allows participants to enumerate their stressors and take an oath on not letting them get in the way of their path to excellence and completely getting rid of them in their lives.

TENet 10:

Love what you do and it will love you back

It is hard to excel in something we are not passionate in. When we take pride in something, it almost always results to EXCELLENCE.
