PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

One of the primary concerns of any company or office that gets in the way of the achievement of the organizational vision, mission, strategies, and directives is the absence or lack of productivity and job satisfaction caused by work stress and pressure.

PROGRAM GOAL:

By the end of this Corporate EnterTrainment, the participants should have been able to manage negative stress by determining the root causes of work stress, pressure, and other unproductive emotions and avoiding and controlling them to become more productive and more intelligent emotionally.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

In order to attain the program goal, the participants should be able to:

  1. Determine the root causes of their stress, pressure, and other negative dispositions at work and recommend individually and brainstorm as a group workable strategies in avoiding and controlling them.
  2. Manage themselves better by making them realize time can’t be managed and what should be managed instead are personal activities, priorities, focus, discipline, consistency and by coming up with ways on how to become more productive.
  3. Make them appreciate their time at work better to avoid getting stressed and pressured by identifying what makes them happy, satisfied, and contented and leveraging these deep reasons to make work a fun part of life itself.
  4. Understand, appreciate, and apply best practices on how to avoid and control when stress and pressure get the better of them.
  5. Use emotional intelligence and enhanced work attitude and values to discourage work stress and pressure.

DAY ONE
MODULE 1: STRESS 101

1 hour & 30 minutes

This module will allow the participants to understand further what stress really is and means, how it is developed, and how it affects its ‘victim’s psychologically, socially, and physically.

MODULE 2: INDIVIDUAL STRESS/PRESSURE ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS

1 hour & 15 minutes

This module will allow the participants to study themselves and analyze what normally or usually causes them feeling stressed or pressured at work, what the real causes behind them are, and what they can personally do and with others to avoid or control them.

ü  The participants will assess thoroughly what usually stresses and pressures them at work (Root Cause Analysis)

ü  They will further understand why these aspects stress and pressure them by utilizing the Five (5) Whys method

ü  They will determine personal strategies, tactics, and techniques on what they can do to avoid or control them moving forward

MODULE 3: SELF-LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

1 hour & 30 minutes

One of the reasons people get stressed or pressured is when they cannot lead or manage themselves to greater productivity. This module will train them on how to lead or manage themselves better so they can be more productive and less stressed or pressured.

MODULE 4: THE H.S.C. MODEL

2 hours & 30 minutes

 

Arguably, the best tool or weapon to counter or negate stress or pressure is to always feel happy, positive, satisfied, and contented in anything one does or wants to do. This module will make the participants realize that they are better off finding the good in the bad and that optimism helps lessen or eliminate bad feelings and emotions which often lead to stress.

DAY TWO
MODULE 5: BEST PRACTICES IN STRESS MANAGEMENT

1 hour & 30 minutes

The facilitator will share best practices on why he’s the Ambassador for Optimism and how he has managed to never get stressed or pressured anymore

MODULE 6: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

2 hours & 30 minutes

Another best practice on how to avoid or control stress and pressure is when the person knows how to identify and label his and others’ emotions and use this information to manage problem solving and decision making through emotional quotient or emotional intelligence

MODULE 7: WORK ATTITUDE AND VALUES ENHANCEMENT

If people’s attitude towards work and their work and personal principles through values are positive, contributing, and productive, there is no need to manage stress or pressure to begin with as there is absence of such. This module will help correct, replace, or improve their work attitude and values towards the organization, themselves, their colleagues, and their jobs
